Fried Bologna Sandwich

  1. Toast the two slices of bread until they are golden brown. You can use a toaster or a skillet for this step.
  2. Fry the Bologna: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the two slices of Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Dutch Grillers Double Smoked Sweet Lebanon Bologna in the skillet. Cook each slice for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and slightly crispy.


  1. Place one slice of the toasted bread on a plate.
  2. Layer the cut Romaine lettuce on the bread.
  3. Add the tomato slices on top of the lettuce.
  4. Place the two slices of American cheese on top of the tomato slices.
  5. Layer the fried bologna slices on top of the cheese. The heat from the bologna will help melt the cheese slightly.
  6. Add the potato chips on top of the bologna for an extra crunch.
  7. Place the second slice of toasted bread on top to complete the sandwich.
  8. Optional: Serve the sandwich with additional potato chips on the side.



  • 2 slices white bread, or bread of your choice
  • Romaine lettuce, cut
  • 2 Tomato slices
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 slices Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Dutch Grillers Double Smoked Sweet Lebanon Bologna, fried
  • 4 Potato Chips, additional for serving
