Teriyaki Piña Colada Burger
Grill season just got a tropical twist! Introducing the Teriyaki Piña Colada Burger featuring our Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna. Crafted from time-honored recipes, these burgers blend the unique smoky depth of our bologna with the zesty sweetness of teriyaki and piña colada for a truly unique BBQ experience. Who’s ready to dig in?


  1. Make the pina colada sauce: Place the cream of coconut and sour cream in a bowl. Stir until smooth and add the remaining ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the 1/3 cup pina colada sauce and mayo. 
  3. Butter each side of the buns, set aside, and heat the grill to high heat.
  4. Spread Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna slices with the 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce.
  5. Brush each bologna slice with a little melted butter then sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
  6. Place on the grill and grill for 4-7 minutes .
  7. Using a spoon, drizzle the teriyaki over the bologna.
  8. Flip the bologna and using a brush or a new spoon, spread teriyaki over the bologna, plus any more at the end to taste.
  9. Allow to cook for another 4-7 minutes or until done.
  10. Place cheese over each bologna right before it is done and close the lid to melt the cheese.
  11. Meanwhile, grill the pineapple until marks appear, about 2 minutes, flip and grill again
  12. Remove to a plate and cut out the core.
  13. Grill each bun, inside face down, until grill marks appear.
  14. Spread the pina colada mayo on each side of the bun.
  15. Place the bologna, pineapple and bacon on the bottom and top with the lid.
  16. Enjoy!


Pina Colada Sauce (⅓ cup)

  • 1 2/3 Cups Cream of Coconut
  • 1 1/8 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 Cup Desiccated Coconut, or coconut flakes
