Traditional Bologna Breakfast Sandwich
If you haven’t upgraded your breakfast routine the Seltzer's way, you’re missing out! Crispy fried Original Lebanon Bologna comes together with a decadent fried egg, and melted cheddar cheese for a winning breakfast sandwich to start your day the best way!


1. Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat. Firmly place an egg ring in the skillet and pour a cracked egg into the ring, being careful not to let the egg white leak though. Cover and cook until the egg whites have set, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with remaining eggs.

2. Assemble each sandwich by layering one slice of cheese, one sausage patty and one egg onto each English muffin bottom, then top with the muffin lid.

3. Serve warm.


  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Medium eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 English muffins halved and toasted
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices Original Lebanon Bologna
