These mouthwatering Buffalo Bologna Caesar Mini Sliders bring together the perfect blend of savory, spicy, and creamy. Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna is sautéed in a zesty buffalo sauce and paired with crunchy romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing, all nestled between soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for game day, gatherings, or just a delicious snack.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Stir in the Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna and buffalo (hot) sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bologna is warm.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika (optional), and old bay (optional) to taste.
- In a small bowl, stir together the softened butter, parsley, and garlic. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of buns.
- Add grated mozzarella to bottom buns
- Toss chopped romaine lettuce with caesar dressing.
- Assemble sandwiches with a spread of caesar, buffalo bologna mixture, salad & grated parmesan.
- Add the top bun, and place into a 9×9 pan or on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 5 minutes

- Romain lettuce
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded
- 1/4 cup caesar dressing
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- Pinch of salt and pepper, each
- Pinch of paprika, to taste
- Pinch of Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley or chives
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
