Weeknights made easy (and delicious)! This spring pasta packs bold flavor with Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna , sun-dried tomatoes, chorizo, and melty mozzarella—all ready in just 15 minutes. Quick to make, big on taste!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the pasta into boiling water with a good amount of salt.
- While the pasta is cooking, fry off the chorizo until it’s starting to go crispy and the oils have come out, then remove from the pan.
- Add in the the Seltzer’s Bologna and break them down, cooking until crispy.
- Then add in the garlic and sun dried tomato paste. Cook that for a few minutes and then add in the stock and cream cheese.
- Mix well and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Add in the mozzarella and the cooked pasta.
- Mix together adding pasta water until you get the perfect consistency.
- Garnish with the crispy chorizo and fresh parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.

10 oz pasta (about 3 cups dry, depending on shape)
2.3 oz chorizo, diced (about ⅓ cup)
Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna
14 oz
4 tsp minced garlic or 4 cloves
3 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
1¼ cups chicken stock
¼ cup light cream cheese (like Philadelphia Light)
⅓ cup shredded mozzarella
Reserved pasta water (as needed for consistency)
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped (about ¼ cup)
